Hayden is a Faculty of Law graduate from the University of Leicester, UK, National Committee on Accreditation and an active member of the Law Society of Alberta. He has experience working on a range of files from commercial property sales to large corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as intellectual property and energy related regulatory matters. Before attending law school, Hayden studied business at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business, receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2013. Hayden is well versed in business and property related matters and is ready to help you with all your commercial law, wills and estates, and real estate legal needs.
In his spare time Hayden is a volunteer with Pro Bono Law Alberta (PBLA) where he has volunteered with the Provincial Court Civil Claims Duty Counsel and Queen’s bench Amicus Program to provide clients with aid and assistance in negotiations, contract and court document drafting, enforcement and collection issues, and general legal advice. Hayden was awarded Pro Bono Law Alberta’s Outstanding Volunteer Law Student Award in 2018.
When Hayden isn’t busy working with clients you can find him out on the track, automobile racing, or in the mountains snowmobiling and camping.
